Our data protection directives

We respect the constitutional basic right for the protection of personal data, according to which everybody can decide themselves on the release and use of personal data. Since our members deliberately contact each other by e-mail with their name and address, we will not take responsibility for the data released to a third party this way. TayMer Kft (Ltd) will not share with a third party or publish data, accumulated from visitors or registered users during the use of website. TayMer Kft followed the below listed codes, regulations and suggestions when elaborating its data protection principles:

• Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of public interest,
• Act VI of 1998 on the protection of individuals during processing of personal data, in Strasbourg, announcement of the Agreement dated on 28 January.1981,
• Act XL of 2001 on the telecommunication, Chapter VIII,
• Act CVIII of 2001 on the electronic marketing services, and the services in connection with information society.
• Government regulation 253/2001.(XII.18) on the special data handling and data safety of news services, and on the rules of identifying code and call transfer,
• Recommendations of Online Privacy Alliance.

Terminology:

Personal data: data concerning an identified natural person, a conclusion can be derived from the data concerning the person. Personal data maintains this meaning during data processing, till its connection to the person can be reinstated.

Data handling: collection, registration and storing, processing, utilization (including forwarding and publication) and cancellation of personal data regardless the procedure applied. Data modification and prevention of their further use are also considered data handling.

Data processing: data processing activities, technical tasks, regardless the procedure, means and place of application.

Data forwarding: when the data are made available for a declared third party,

Publication: when the data are made available for anybody,

Data handler: natural or legal person, or entity without legal personality, who sets the objectives of data handling, makes decision of data handling and fulfills them, or delegate the fulfillment to a data processor. In case of obligatory data handling, the objectives, conditions and the data handler are set by the act on data handling or by a municipality decree.

Data processor: natural or legal person, or entity without legal personality, who carries out processing of personal data according to the authorization of the data handler.

Data cancellation: making the data unidentifiable so, that they can not be reinstated.

Data collected on Holidaycafe portal:

Registration: Our members can use full scale services after registration, which requires the following personal data (obligatory or optional): name, e-mail address, home address (country, town, code, address), phone number, fax number, mobile number, language.

Data handling: TayMer Kft uses the general and personal data, described above, only and exclusively for operating Holidaycafe portal and these data will not be available to any third party.

Data use is carried out according to the following principles: General data described in the previous point are available exclusively for TayMer Kft.

Data safety and duration: Registered users of Holidaycafe can modify and update their personal data at any time, and after cancelling their registration, they may demand the cancellation of the data stored. This can be carried out in the registration modification menu after registration.

Data input by our members: Holidaycafe does not accept responsibility for the quality and accuracy of data input by our members.
These data and photos are continuously checked by TayMer Kft. If the data are violating our members or regulations, the member who input the data will be excluded from our portal.
