What pictures to publish?

It is advisable to provide a comprehensive picture of the property to ease selection.

Do not upload pictures to your advertisement that include inappropriate text, e-mail address or web page.
Please have photos of the room/rooms, kitchen, bathroom, view and the surroundings if possible.
It is worth considering that the first photo of the list will be seen first, and this influences the searcher`s choice the most.

Advertisements without pictures are in disadvantage to those with photos!

The uploaded pictures cannot be bigger than 150 KB.

Here is an advice how can you formate your pictures.
For example there is the Picasa 2 software provided by Google which can be downloaded free. It is perfect for managing, formating, correcting, cutting picture easily at home.
After you have downloaded Picasa 2, open the picture with it and in the file menu click on 'export to folder'. In this window in the 'quality' menu, decrease the %, until the desired size. Then save the picture into the same folder and check its size (should be 150KB).
Now you can upload the picture onto the advertisement.
